Cyber Green Consulting was founded in 2025 following four years managing a global tech giants digital building cyber security programme across 500+ sites globally.
During that time, the team conducted hundreds of IoT and OT building surveys across some of the world's most technologically advanced facilities. The pattern they saw was consistent: buildings that appeared smart and well-managed were harbouring significant cyber vulnerabilities and those vulnerabilities were quietly costing organisations hundreds of thousands of pounds in energy waste, operational inefficiency, and regulatory exposure.
